The airport terminal doors open at 3:30 a.m. Both the screening checkpoint, baggage screening (public area) and airline ticket counters open 2 hours prior to each airlines respective first morning departure. Most of the airlines at the Quad City International Airport CLOSE THEIR COUNTERS TO PASSENGER CHECK-IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE LISTED DEPARTURE TIME. Once the doors to the jetbridge/aircraft are closed, they may not re-open under any circumstance. Most airlines expect passengers to be in the boarding gate area 20 - 30 minutes prior to flight time. Please be aware of these requirements as you make your plans to come to the airport, and allow yourself enough time to check in and go through the screening area.

Tickets for any Allegiant destination are sold for only 1 hour after each scheduled departure of an Allegiant flight, here at the QCIA. Because times of these departures, and days of departures tend to change throughout the year, it is recommended that you call the airport offices for a list of times available.
